This is a fun trail with some steep muddy sections that have rope railings to help support climbing and great views at the end of the trail. We went with our kids, ages 3-5. It was a little challenging for the 3 year old but the 5 year olds loved it.

Really nice hike with medium to easy sections. The view at the end is pretty good. The hike can be completed in two- three hours. The route is well marked.

Not as good since they changed the starting location, but still a great trail with an amazing view across the island and lakes. Be warned the new trail requires you to climb a 5 foot ladder about 10 minutes into he hike which makes it hard for any large dogs. There are a few fairly steep areas as well so go with good hiking shoes! The adventure trail area is always fun though!

Breath taking views. Something for the whole family. Most of the trail is not pet friendly. My only complaint is that there is not enough signage to indicate how far you went or on which trail you are on. It is a bit confusing, doesn't matter which trail you take. All are beautiful. It's just if you are on a time constraint you may want to beware. Parking is free as well.

The summit of the trail gave a splendid reward for the effort of getting there. The only thing I forgot that day was my Manitoulin Brewing company beer named after the trail. Btw this what brought us here.
